P-1 Request that the City Council consider accepting the 2025 Arbor Day Foundation’s Tree City USA Designation and Growth Award.

Z-1 PD26-002 OAK INDUSTRIAL PARK (6510 TIMBER WAY & 2795 ELKTON TRAIL) Request that the City Council consider adoption of an Ordinance approving a zone change from C-1, Light Commercial District, C-2 General Commercial District and PUR, Planned Unit Residential District to PCD, Planned Commercial District with a final site plan.

M-1 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to accept a revised Construction Manager at Risk contract with Hoar Construction to include the guaranteed maximum price of $5,000,000 for the Downtown Tyler Community Space Improvement Project.

M-2 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $220,997.19 with Kraftsman Commercial Playgrounds and Water Parks, for the installation of playground equipment and necessary furnishings at Stewart Park.

M-3 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with CXT Inc. in the amount of $113.379.58 for the installation of restrooms at Stewart Park.

B-1 Request that the City Council consider making three (3) appointments to the Disabilities Issues Review Board.

C-A-1 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to approve a re-plat of Lots 48 and 49 in the Peninsula Subdivision, located on Lake Tyler.

C-A-2 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $2,665,864.23 for the Right of Way Clearing, TIPS Contract #24010401, with Lone Star Land Enhancement.

C-A-3 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager, or the City Manager’s Designee, as the designated representative of the City of Tyler, to purchase the property at 420 W. Rieck Road for an amount not to exceed $330,000.00 to reconstruct Fire Station #2.

C-A-4 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to ratify an expenditure in the amount of $155,576.59 for the 1440-Volt switchgear installation at the Golden Road Water Treatment Plant.

C-A-5 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to approve a reconciliation change order that will not change the construction contract price for the FM 756 Utility Relocates, Bid Number 24-015, and release final retainage in the amount of $150,945.89.

C-A-6 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the purchase of traffic signal system equipment per recommendations of the Intelligent Transportation System Master Plan from Consolidated Traffic Controls, Inc. in a cost not to exceed $600,249.00.

C-A-7 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the purchase of traffic signal system equipment per the recommendations of the Intelligent Transportation System Master Plan from Paradigm Traffic Systems for a cost not to exceed $163,050.00.

C-A-9 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to ratify acceptance of the FAA Grant 58 for Land Purchase in the Runway Protection Zone (RPZ) in the amount of $238,735.00 at Tyler Pounds Regional Airport.

C-A-10 Request that the City Council consider adoption of an Ordinance approving a Revised Water Utility Tariff proposed by Southern Utilities Company for its customers in the corporate limits of the City of Tyler

C-A-11 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No. 1 with Belt Construction of Texas, LLC that will increase the contract amount by $1,798,158.61 for the Consent Decree Capacity Work Group 2 Sewer Site 13a2 Improvements, Bid 25-007.

C-A-12 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an engineering contract amendment with Pape Dawson Consulting Engineers, LLC for additional design and construction administration services for the 2025 Type D Sanitary Sewer Creek Crossing Repairs in the amount of $79,420.00.
