R-1 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to sign a Resolution to adopt the Smith County 2026 Hazard Mitigation Action Plan in accordance with the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000.

M-1 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to approve a Reconciliation Change Order in the amount of $160,379.09 and approve the release of retainage in the amount of $71,877.25 to Reynolds and Kay, Ltd. for the completion of the 2025 Structure Flooding Drainage Improvements Project.

C-A-1 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to sign a "Letter of Engagement for Professional Audit Services" with GMP Assurance PLLC to perform the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Annual Audit for a total combined maximum fee, including all out-of-pocket expenses, not to exceed $119,600.

C-A-2 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to ratify an Easement and Right-of-Way Agreement with Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, granting an easement and right-of-way for electric supply and communications lines. This easement involves a tract of land totaling 0.068 acres, as shown in the diagram, owned by the City of Tyler/Tyler Pounds Regional Airport.

C-A-3 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to sign an Airport Hazard Easement with JEJ ONE, LLC, granting appurtenant uses, rights, and benefits for the City of Tyler, TX, and Tyler Pounds Regional Airport.

C-A-4 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to ratify a new Lease Agreement with the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at Tyler Pounds Regional Airport.
