R-1 Request that the City Council consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) for a Local Parks Grant for Golden Road Park and authorizing the City Manager to take all actions needed to receive and expend grant funds.

O-1 Request that the City Council consider adopting an Ordinance amending City Code Chapter 17, Article III, “Speed Regulations” by temporarily decreasing the speed limit on a portion of FM 756 (Paluxy Drive) from 55 mph to 50 mph for the period of August 1, 2026 to June 1, 2030.

C-A-1 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to apply for and accept Smith County 9-1-1 District participation funding for equipment upgrades for the Tyler Police Department, in the amount of $28,298.90.

C-A-2 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to renew a contract with NewEdge Services, LLC for hosting and support services for Cityworks Asset Management software, totaling $119,040 over a three-year term.

C-A-3 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to purchase one bucket truck in the amount of $213.072.35 for the Traffic Department to replace unit 16636 from Specialty Fleet Sales of Mineola tips contract 230802. 

C-A-4 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to approve the Reconciliation Change Order in the amount of $0.00 and approve the release of retainage in the amount of $35,560.00 to Hartbeat Construction for the completion of the 2025 Stormwater Repair Projects.

C-A-5 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for access across City-owned property at Lake Tyler to Damien John Wardle.
