C-A-5 Request that the City Council consider authorizing the City Manager to approve Addendum #3 to the existing Inter-Local Agreement with East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) to include specifications for a new fence installation located adjacent to the new City of Tyler Information Technology Building located at 205 W Locust and amend the period of performance.

C-A-6 Request that the City Council consider approving the settlement offer involving: Monsivais et al. v. City of Tyler lawsuit; Cause No. 26-0414-B in the amount of $275,000, and the settlement offer involving Cheslie Thompson v. City of Tyler lawsuit; Cause No. 25-1580-A in the amount of $75,000.
